Terms & Conditions

By engaging ZentroWeb for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services including website design, SEO, content marketing, and website maintenance.

The scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing before work commences. Any changes to the agreed scope may incur additional costs and will be communicated clearly before being actioned.

One-off projects (website design, e-commerce): A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final website is made live. Monthly services (SEO, maintenance, content marketing): Invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current monthly period. One-off project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

The client is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect project timelines and we accept no liability for resulting delays.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design and code created for the client becomes their property. ZentroWeb retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

Once a project is paid in full, the client has full ownership of their website files and content. We do not retain access or control over completed websites unless engaged for ongoing maintenance.

Website design packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at our standard hourly rate, agreed in advance.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or positions. SEO results vary depending on competition, industry, and search engine algorithm changes. We commit to ethical practices and transparent reporting.

ZentroWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
